这句话其实应该是说：one thing you can be sure that :no degree,no good job.或者one thing you can be sure that if you do not have a degree, you would not find a good job.

这三句话用英语不带这么讲的……至少要有个and或者but连接上下句，是吧？
以下是我根据你大概要讲的意思的英文修改版：
Many people feel my request ridiculous,but I think This is not my reality but that of society. So, please do not misunderstand me, and this is not the discrimination.

The years through their own efforts. Business making some progress.
这句话应该修改如下：
through their own effort(may U can change this word as "hard work"?你要表达的是中文“努力”吧？) by years, there are some progress in business.

Without a diploma, not even the chance for promotion.
这句话主语跑哪里去了……

Professional这个词你似乎想表示的是：专业，据我所知似乎应该是用"major in"
detailed information这个表达好别扭……你用further more details试试？

各位其实不要小看了楼主的英文水平……
首先这不是直接google翻译的，肯定是楼主自己打字打出来的，这个“社会的事实”，“机会”，“提升”等措词和网上翻译不同的厉害——楼主的英文水平其实不错。
楼主只是有些小毛病：几个词汇不懂——这不是什么大问题，作为一个中国人不会天天用英文，不知道什么词太正常了。
当然，“启示”和“启事”这两个词是不同的东西。

组句没有英语习惯——这才是重点，不过这个也是多多揣摩就可以了，没什么大不了的。
